Delivery & Returns

We deliver to mainland UK addresses only. All standard size Herdysleep® mattresses are delivered to the room of your choice by a two person delivery team.

Pillow delivery

Pillows will be sent via UPS and will be delivered to addresses in standard delivery areas within 48 hours of receiving the order, if placed before 12pm. If the delivery address is located in an extended delivery zone, such as the Scottish Highlands, delivery may take 7 days from the date you place your order. A signature will be required upon delivery.

Your delivery timeline

  • Confirm your order: You will receive a text from our courier to book your order slot online.
  • 24 hours to go: You will receive an SMS confirmation with your delivery date, time window and link to the delivery tracker.
  • Morning of delivery: A reminder SMS and email will be sent, reconfirming the timeslot and link to the delivery tracker.
  • One hour to go: The delivery team will call en route to introduce themselves, confirm the product being delivered and the 2 person delivery/mattress removal to/from the room of your choice (depending on the service selected).

Mattress removal service - £35.00

  • Add on service to take away your old mattress when your new one is delivered – just make sure to select this option at checkout

*Please note, for the mattress removal service, on arrival the delivery team will provide a bag for you to put the mattress in. In many instances they will help you with this, however this is not guaranteed. We recommend putting the bag onto the mattress whilst it is still on your bed frame as you may find this easier.

**If you select the mattress removal service and in the unlikely event decide your Herdysleep® mattress is not for you and return it to us, you’ll be refunded the full amount, minus a £35 removal and recycling charge. See our Terms & Conditions for further information.

***Saturday deliveries not available in all post codes, the couriers will notify you what delivery days are available for your post code.

Returns information

Herdysleep® mattresses come with a 100 night sleep trial, after all a mattress is a big investment and we want you to be 100% satisfied that you’ve made the right choice. In the unlikely event you’re not a fan, we’ll collect your Herdysleep® mattress free of charge and refund you in full. If you purchased our mattress removal service at the time of ordering, the cost of this service will be deducted from your refund.

You are responsible for passing the mattress to our third party collection company.

Pillows and mattress protectors can also be returned provided that the plastic hygiene bag has not been opened or damaged, and the product is unused. Should you decide that you are unhappy with the pillow or mattress protector, and would like to return it, please notify our customer service team on 0800 294 8666 (Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm) or email us: hello@herdysleep.com. You will need to arrange to have the pillow or mattress protector sent back to us via your preferred choice of courier. We recommend Royal Mail 2nd Class. Once the product has been received, you will be refunded in full.

The divan and headboard are not able to be returned if they have been removed from their original packaging.
