We offer free delivery to mainland England, Wales, and Lower Scotland addresses for all orders over £50. Deliveries to the Highlands of Scotland will cost £85.00 (please see postcodes below). For delivery to offshore islands, please contact hello@herdysleep.com for a quote. All standard size Herdysleep® mattresses are delivered to the room of your choice by a two-person delivery team.

Pillow delivery

Pillows will be sent via DPD and will be delivered to addresses in standard delivery areas within 3–5 working days of receiving the order. If the delivery address is located in an extended delivery zone, such as the Scottish Highlands, delivery may take 7 days from the date you place your order. A signature will be required upon delivery.
Please note: Pillows, Duvets and Mattress Protectors are delivered separately to Mattresses.

Pillow returns information

Pillows can be returned providing they are completely unused, and in their original condition and packaging. You can return items within 30 days of purchase.

Should you decide that you are unhappy with the pillows and would like to return them, please notify our customer service team on 01539 739202 (Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm) or email us: hello@herdysleep.com.

Please note, you are responsible for the cost of returning your items.

You will need to arrange to have your return sent back to us via your preferred choice of courier. We recommend Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For.

Once the items have been correctly received and checked, you will be refunded in full.

Duvets & Mattress Protectors

Duvets and Mattress Protectors will be sent via DPD and will be delivered to addresses in standard delivery areas within 3–5 working days of receiving the order. If the delivery address is located in an extended delivery zone, such as the Scottish Highlands, delivery may take 7 days from the date you place your order. A signature will be required upon delivery.

Mattress Protectors and Duvets can be returned providing they are completely unused, and in their original condition and packaging. You can return items within 30 days of purchase.

Should you decide that you are unhappy with the mattress protector or duvet and would like to return it, please notify our customer service team on 01539 739202 (Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm) or email us: hello@herdysleep.com.

Please note, you are responsible for the cost of returning your items.

You will need to arrange to have your return sent back to us via your preferred choice of courier. We recommend Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For.

We use one of the UK’s leading two-person home delivery specialists to deliver our goods. Two-person delivery of the Herdysleep mattress to the room of your choice is free within mainland England, Wales, and Lower Scotland. Our courier will contact you with available dates to choose a date that best suits you. Please note this may be subject to reduced choice in more remote areas.

  • Scottish Highlands Our two-person courier service covers mainland Scottish Highlands. Delivery is subject to availability and incurs a delivery charge of £85.00. Delivery may be delayed or unfulfilled due to vehicle availability or demand.

Your delivery timeline

  • Once you have placed your order on our website you will receive and email confirmation that your order has been received.
  • You will then receive a text and email from our delivery partner with a selection of delivery dates for you to choose from.
  • 24 hours to go: You will receive an SMS confirmation with your delivery date, 3-hour time window and link to the delivery tracker.
  • Morning of delivery: A reminder SMS and email will be sent, reconfirming the timeslot and link to the delivery tracker.
  • One hour to goThe delivery team will call en route to introduce themselves, confirm the product being delivered and the 2 person delivery/mattress removal to/from the room of your choice (depending on the service selected).

Herdysleep mattresses* come with a 100 night sleep trial, after all a mattress is a big investment and we want you to be 100% satisfied that you’ve made the right choice.

In the unlikely event you’re not happy with your mattress, we will collect your Herdysleep mattress free of charge and refund you in full. T&C’s apply.

If you purchased our mattress removal service at the time of ordering, the cost of this service will be deducted from your refund.

Mattress removal service - £35.0

  • Add on service, to take away your old mattress when your new one is delivered – just make sure to select this option at checkout
  • This service is available with both the Herdysleep Mattress and Herdysleep Pillowtop Mattress
