All standard size herdysleep mattresses are delivered to the room of your choice in a box. The box measures 51cm x 51cm x 106cm, no matter which standard size mattress you choose.

What are the delivery options and how much do they cost?

 TWO PERSON COURIER SERVICE

We use one of the UK’s leading two person home delivery specialist to deliver our goods. Two person delivery of the herdysleep mattress to the room of your choice* is free within the UK (excluding our Extended Delivery Zone – see below table).Our courier will contact you with available dates to choose a date that best suits you.** Saturday delivery is available at no extra charge.

How it works:

Confirm your order: You will receive a text from our courier to book your order slot online.

24 hours to go: You will receive an SMS confirmation with your delivery date, time window and link to the delivery tracker.

Morning of delivery: A reminder SMS and email will be sent, reconfirming the timeslot and link to the delivery tracker.

One hour to go: The delivery team will call en route to introduce themselves, confirm the product being delivered and the 2 person delivery/mattress removal to/from the room of your choice (depending on the service selected).

ALTERNATIVE DELIVERY – NEXT DAY 

In addition to our two person courier service, we offer delivery via UPS- A fast and efficient service, that allows for a speedy delivery. Orders must be placed before 12pm to utilise 24 hour delivery.

How it works:

Delivery confirmation: You will receive an email from UPS, informing you that your shipment has been booked in, along with a unique tracking number to keep an eye on your parcel.

24 hours to go: UPS can deliver within 24 hours of your order being placed, however may be up to 7 days for extended delivery areas, so use your tracking number for regular updates on the movement of your parcel.

Deliver: Your parcel will be delivered directly to your front door only. Due to the heavy nature of the product, it requires a team effort to manoeuver and unbox. Be sure to have someone who can assist you, should you opt for this delivery service. In addition, mattress disposal is not available via UPS.

PILLOW DELIVERY

Pillows will be sent via UPS and will be delivered to addresses in standard delivery areas within 24 hours of receiving the order, if placed before 12pm. If the delivery address is located in an extended delivery zone, such as the Scottish Highlands, delivery may take 7 days from the date you place your order.

Our two man courier service cannot deliver to homes within the extended delivery zones, therefore UPS would be used as an alternate delivery method-where possible- and an additional charge would be incurred.
Furthermore, mattress disposal is NOT available to these extended delivery areas. It is important to note that some extended postcodes do not facilitate delivery at all.

Our two man courier service will not deliver to the following postcodes, they will be sent via UPS, however unfortunately mattress disposal is not available:

Scottish Highlands

Our 2 man courier service covers all Scottish Highlands. Delivery is subject to availability, and can be delayed or unfulfilled due to vehicle availability or demand.
Alternatively, delivery would then be conducted via UPS, where mattress disposal is not available.

*Please note, for the mattress removal service, on arrival the delivery team will provide a bag for you to put the mattress in. In many instances they will help you with this, however this is not guaranteed. We recommend putting the bag onto the mattress whilst it is still on your bed frame as you may find this easier.

**If you select the mattress removal service and in the unlikely event decide your herdy®sleep mattress is not for you and return it to us, you’ll be refunded the full amount, minus a £30 removal and recycling charge. See our Terms & Conditions for further information.

The courier will require a signature so someone will need to be at home to sign for the delivery, but will not ask to see any form of ID to confirm that the person accepting the delivery is you or a person authorised by you to accept delivery of the goods.

If something happens which is outside of our control, and affects the estimated date of delivery, our delivery partner or the herdy®sleep team will let you have a revised estimated date for delivery of the goods.

Unless you and we agree otherwise, if we cannot deliver your goods within 30 days, we will let you know, cancel your order, and give you a refund.

We will make deliveries to any addresses outside of the UK on payment of a delivery charge. Please contact us for details of charges: hello@herdysleep.com

Returns

Returns Information

herdysleep mattresses come with a 100 night sleep trial, after all a mattress is a big investment and we want you to be 100% satisfied that you’ve made the right choice. In the unlikely event you’re not a fan, we’ll collect your herdysleep mattress free of charge and refund you in full. Pillows can also be returned if the box is unopened.
