Herdysleep® mattresses come with a 100 night sleep trial, after all a mattress is a big investment and we want you to be 100% satisfied that you’ve made the right choice. In the unlikely event you don't get on with your mattress, we’ll collect your Herdysleep® mattress free of charge and refund you in full. If you purchased our mattress removal service at the time of ordering, the cost of this service will be deducted from your refund.

You are responsible for passing the mattress to our third party collection company.
Pillows can also be returned provided that the plastic hygiene bag has not been opened or damaged, and the product is unused. Should you decide that you are unhappy with the pillow, and would like to return it, please notify our customer service team on 01539 739202 (Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm) or email us: hello@herdysleep.com. You will need to arrange to have the pillow sent back to us via your preferred choice of courier. We recommend Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For. Once the product has been received, you will be refunded in full.
